Directors

Duane Rygg lives in Maplewood, Minnesota. Duane directs the St. Paul North Star Chorus, which he joined in 1977.  He also directs his church choir. He has sung in several fine quartets including the 2003 LOL District Champion quartet, Nouveau, and the 1986 LOL District Champion quartet, Northern Comfort.
 

Jim Olson (Tenor) has been involved in barbershop since 1983. He has been a member of the St. Paul Northstar Chorus (of which he is an assistant director), as well as many fine quartets including the 2003 LOL District Champion quartet, Nouveau. He is also the choir director of Heritage Lutheran Church in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Jim lives in Apple Valley with his wife Ruth and their four children and works as a firmware engineer at Medtronic.
